The new Fun Bike Center relocated the dealership into three renovated two-story concrete tilt-up structures. A new 13,000 SF double-height entry atrium, spanning between two of the existing buildings, employs a canted, curved glass and metal curtain wall system, with integral sun shades -representative of motorcycle twin engine cylinders. Large portions of the second floor were removed to create a second level mezzanine, visually better linking the two merchandising levels. The resulting 108,000 SF motorcycle and watercraft emporium extends over 500 feet in length. The third existing structure was converted into a 37,000 SF service and repair facility.
